Bootcamp is a functional body shaping workout<\/strong> by overcoming the weight of your own body. Under the name calisthenics<\/em> <\/a>the ancient Greeks knew a similar exercise.<\/p>\n

The workout consists of running and strength exercises<\/strong>. Running can be used as a warm-up, in combination with strength exercises or as a stand-alone workout.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Strength exercises are performed with your own weight: squats, lunges, push-ups, push-ups, crunches, sit-ups, push-ups and many more. We also use equipment: various balls (heavy, Pilates), elastics (can help with push-ups), free weights, kettlebells, rope and many more.<\/p>\n

The training consists of a warm-up, a main part and a final part. In the warm-up, we warm up those muscle groups that will be more stressed in the main part. It usually starts with a slower jog or cycle, followed by specific exercises to prepare the body for higher loads. This involves gradually increasing joint flexibility and working on the technique of performing more complex exercises. The main part of the training focuses on strengthening specific motor skills (strength, endurance, speed). Which motor skills or muscle groups will be worked on depends partly on the clients and their preferences. The bootcamp ends with a lower intensity. It can be a cool down on the bike, a gentle stretch or a cool down in the cryo sauna.<\/p>\n
