I am a reflexotherapist, practitioner of chi nei tsang 1 and 3 therapeutic methods and reiki. I am an energy explorer through practicing and teaching yoga with elements of chi gong and other meditative and movement techniques. <\/p>\n

Every new knowledge enriches me in all my fields and allows me to grow and give more to all those who are tempted and interested in exploring life.<\/p>\n

It started long ago, when I was a little girl running around my grandmother and grandfather’s vineyard and orchard. Even then, I was exploring energies without even realising it. Even then I was dancing and enjoying every moment in nature. Watching the stars in the sky, admiring the billowing clouds, feeling the magical power of water, surrendering to the magic of scents. <\/p>\n

Do you ever hear your inner child telling you how important it is to be excited, to dream and to explore?<\/p>\n

Do you ever dance inside yourself?<\/p>\n

Should we?<\/p>\n

Energy, breath, rhythm, self-awareness, feeling and knowing oneself in relation to the environment, in relation to oneself…<\/p>\n

So I started on my path, the path of a dancer and choreographer. With too many performances, competitions, choreographies, stories. Most of them have happened and are still happening under the auspices of the Kazina Dance School, where I teach dance and act as a coach, teacher and choreographer to various groups. The showcase is full of awards, many prizes, but even more than that, too many beautiful moments and memories. <\/p>\n

I am happy to pass on the wealth of experience that I have gained through research in other fields. Everything that calls you has a purpose. <\/p>\n

I have also explored the world of reflexology, yoga, meditation and self-awareness. And I’m still exploring. <\/p>\n

Today I lead flow yoga techniques, adding something of my own that I feel makes the gathering even more sensual and connects us to ourselves and to each other.<\/p>\n

I lead various meditations and breathing exercises.<\/p>\n

Education<\/h3>\n

I have trained with our Slovenian master Nadia Tomazin Dokl, with Ivan Zalo\u017enik, and have learned from many experienced reflexologists, because learning never stops. I have passed the NPK in reflexology. Enchanted to meet Mrs. Lone Sorensen and learn from her many of her reflexology techniques on the face, hands, feet and also Tibetan reflexology on the neck and head. She learnt new approaches to foot work with the praxis vertebralis technique from Robert Przybys. <\/p>\n

From a young age, I had a subconscious desire to learn more about Master Mantak Chia, whom I met through reading his books. I met him in person at a workshop in Ljubljana, when Savina brought him. Mantak Chia is the founder of the Universal Healing Tao Master School, a school where ancient Taoist knowledge is taught. At his workshops I also met Natasha Kovacs, who is his student and teacher of many Taoist techniques. She is one of those warm people who is happy to help you on your way to new knowledge. In the lectures and workshops of Jutta Kellenberger and Natasha Kovacs I have learnt and deepened my knowledge of Taoist exercises and massages. <\/p>\n

I am happy to share my knowledge with others, so I invite you to join me.
