How does massage work?
Smoothing and kneading the muscles improves blood circulation and lymph flow. Muscles and connective tissues, skin and other soft tissues are stretched. The massage releases histamine in the tissues, which opens the blood vessels and increases the flow of oxygen and nutrients. Touch itself also has great psychological significance, especially in this day and age. All the factors of massage combine to relax the body and mind and thus contribute to well-being.
It is a very safe method of therapy. With some exceptions, it can be used by anyone. It is also very effective, as its effects can be felt in a very short time. It is suitable for all parts of the body, from head to toe.
