Our conference hall is a modern and well-equipped multifunctional space (130m² ) that we rent out for lectures, seminars, conferences, training sessions, business meetings, presentations, workshops, round tables, photography, theatre/acting rehearsals and performances, meetings and more. The space allows for an almost unlimited variety of layout options for the existing interior design.

The room is warm, bright, modern and nicely furnished, cosy with a sufficient degree of privacy and quality technical equipment(use included in the rental price). The room also has a cloakroom and its own sanitary facilities (also for disabled persons).

The equipment of the flexible multi-purpose room includes:

• 60 seats in total (39 chairs and the possibility of 21 more),
• 14 tables,
• podium,
• Magnetic whiteboard with paper,
• sound system,
• projector and screen,
• 2 microphones,
• TV,
• Wireless internet (WiFi),
• climate.

An additional special feature of the room is a rest room separated by sliding doors (additional 24.06^m2), which consists of 8 rest areas and 2 sofas and allows participants to rest during breaks, work in a remote location in the case of several small working groups, individual interviews, etc.

The Vitalis centre is located at Hladilniška pot 28, Ljubljana – Zalog, in the immediate vicinity of the ice hall. The Vitalis Centre also has a recreation centre with group and individual exercise classes and sports hall hire.
