Cryo Sauna – a sauna with currents of cold air.

FOR REGENERATION – after hard training, matches, injuries

FOR BEAUTY – anti-cellulite, weight loss, better well-being

Cryo Sauna is a simple, fast and effective method for cooling the whole body (except the head) at extremely low temperatures from -140 to -190 degrees Celsius for two to three minutes.

The effects of this short sauna last for a further 6-8 hours.

Cryo sauna for post-sports recovery:

  • speeds up athletes’ recovery after strenuous training and competitions; training performance is improved,
  • enables faster recovery from acute and chronic sports injuries,
  • prepare your body for higher loads.

The Cryo Sauna benefits all athletes, both elite and recreational.

Every athlete knows that training without muscle recovery is ineffective. After any strenuous workout, lactic acid builds up in the muscles, causing muscle soreness and cramps. Until now, muscles have been cooled with ice and ice baths, but that’s a thing of the past, as the cryo sauna makes it faster, more efficient, simple and comfortable.

With a cryo sauna, progress is faster because you can increase the intensity of exercise more quickly, reduce DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and speed up recovery from injuries.

In ambitious sports clubs, where results are important, competitors use the cryo sauna up to four times a week, or after every hard training session.

Cryo sauna for beauty:

  • helps to shape the body and lose excess weight(up to 800 Kcal are consumed) by speeding up the metabolism,
  • reduces cellulite and its appearance.

The cryo sauna tricks the brain into thinking the body is at risk, triggering a spontaneous release of adrenaline and endorphins into the bloodstream, leaving you feeling happy and invigorated. Short-term exposure to extreme cold causes the body’s metabolism to speed up, thus increasing heat production.

Frequent cryo sauna sessions firm the skin, reduce cellulite, increase elasticity and prevent wrinkles.

The cryo sauna is very effective when used in conjunction with regular exercise and a healthy diet. This further accelerates body shaping.

Course of the visit

In your warm slippers, enter the cryo sauna cabin. You are dressed in underwear made from natural fabrics. The cryo expert lifts you up using a lifting floor, so that the user’s shoulders remain in a horizontal line with the top of the cabin and so that you can place your hands on the top edge of the cabin. The cabin is then filled with a mixture of nitrogen and air. You are in the cabin and you move slowly either to the left or to the right all the time.
